Just one step at a time…

This week has been one of the roughest weeks for us over here at Dreami. I’m not going to sugarcoat it — the last 3 days have felt like a waking nightmare.

When you set out to build a startup, you expect curveballs. You expect deals to fall through last minute, financial constraints, bugs and overwhelming customer requirements.

What I did not anticipate was a war. The Ukraine-Russia conflict has directly impacted our team. The Dreami vision and progression is brought to life by incredibly talented individuals, some of which are now in the midst of a humanitarian crisis.

As a leader, we are expected to put a strong front, stay calm and keep the business running. However, when freedom, safety and lives are at stake, everything else feels insignificant.

The Dreami team is made up of incredibly resilient, intelligent and fearless individuals. We’ll get through this.
