One of my favorite parts about building and running Dreami has been the visioning and crafting the strategic direction. In the last few months of 2021, we learned just how much impact we truly can make and in 2022 we are leaning into it.
When Dreami first started, it was a passion project with a bold intention: make sure every woman possible has a mentor in their career. Since then, we’ve learned just how inequitable mentorship truly is — that pain is felt by everyone in the COVID era, especially under-represented individuals.
As we look at the next 12 months, Dreami will be heads-down on changing that narrative by working directly with organizations and companies to make such a critical resource possible and feasible at scale. With that direction in mind, we have decided to shift our model away from the consumer tech platform that we initially launched with.
We’re about to embark on one of the most exciting chapters of Dreami, and we are so thankful we have a dedicated group of supporters cheering us along the entire way!
