So, this isn’t on my LinkedIn, but I used to be an avid ERG (employee resource group) leader. I now look back at my ERG experience fondly, no matter which company it was at.
In fact, I enjoyed ERGs so much that I have led or participated in the following ERGs: the Women’s ERG at 2 different companies (Chevron and Cisco), Mosaic, Volunteering and the Early Career Network.
So with all of my ERG experience, I’ve seen what differentiates good ERGs from great ERGs. But that’s a note for another time.
I wanted to put together some ideas for how to celebrate International Women’s History month based off of what I’ve seen has worked well and what hasn’t gotten great engagement.
